We finish resin statuettes using 3 different techniques:
a) Spray painting with paint
This is the most basic, fastest process for finishing our products. Statuettes are painted in any desired color from the RAL or PANTONE palette chosen by the client. The finish is most often available in gloss or matte.
b) Bronze coating
This technique involves the use of real bronze metal filings, which are applied to the surface of the statuettes. After application, the surface must be polished to achieve a metallic bronze shine, as is the case with genuine bronze statuette casts.
c) Cold spray metalization
This technology involves metalization through chemical reactions in a cold process. The metalized coating is chrome-plated and mirror-like. The surface is then painted with colorizing lacquers. The possible colors to achieve have a rich palette, with gold and silver being the most commonly applied metallic surfaces by us.
